These terms apply when you visit ksaccessories.com or buy from KS Accessories ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund & Exchange Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, and handmade or decorative details may vary a little from piece to piece. Sizes and measurements are approximate. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

3. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the order cannot be confirmed, the details look incorrect or fraudulent, or delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel, we will refund anything you have paid.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and the other payment methods shown at checkout. A PKR 250 advance is required for every order before dispatch and is deducted from your total (see our Shipping Policy). The remaining amount is paid to the courier on delivery.

5. Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Use of our website

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to KS Accessories or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with how it works.

7. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
