Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners. Orders are sent from Sadiqabad, Punjab. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

Delivery charges

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan: PKR 250 per order.
  • Free delivery on orders of PKR 2,999 and above.

The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you place it.

How long it takes

  • Order processing: 2–4 working days to confirm, pack and hand your order to the courier.
  • Major cities (such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Other cities, towns and remote areas: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries can take longer around Eid, public holidays, sales, bad weather or courier disruptions. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but we will always keep you updated.

Order confirmation and tracking

We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be held or cancelled. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and the other payment options shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Advance payment: a PKR 250 advance is required for every order before dispatch. It is deducted from your order total, so you pay the rest on delivery. After you place your order, we will contact you with the payment details. Orders are dispatched once the advance is received.

Failed or refused deliveries

Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, the phone was unreachable or the order was refused at the door, we may charge the delivery cost on any re-delivery, and future orders may require full payment in advance.
